   و حيث أن مستقبل التجارة الإلكترونية واعد جداً و عدد المعاملات يزيد يوماً بعد يوم حيث يبلغ معدل النمو السنوي ما يقارب 25 ‎%‎ و بلغ  حجم التجارة الإلكترونية في 2019  حوالي 13 مليار دولار ، و متوقع أن يصل إلى 28.5 مليار دولار بنهاية 2022 ، فتأسست ( آنات ) لتقديم حلول مبتكرة للدفع الإلكتروني الذي يشهد نمواً كبيراً في منطقتنا ، و رغبة منا في تقديم تجربة مميزة لعملائنا في دول الخليج ، حيث ما زالت 50 ‎%‎ من المدفوعات تتم  نقداً عند توصيل الشحنات ، و ما لهذه الطريقة من مخاطر و تكلفة على المتاجر الإلكترونية .
